Getting Started with NCC

Crit Come & Trys

Subject to venue availability, NCC offers Crit Come and Try’s in September/October and in Jan/Feb. These are lead by our experienced and qualified coaches, and run you through all of the skills you need to confidently navigate the bunch. No membership is required for these events.

Training sessions for Women and Juniors.

Over the summer daylight savings months NCC runs training for juniors (u9-U17) of all standards and B/C Grade Women. These sessions focus on skills and race craft and are delivered by our friendly, qualified and experienced coaches. An AusCycling lifestyle or race membership is required to participate in these sessions. Sign up through EntryBoss!

NCC aims to to be a welcoming and inclusive space for new members. As a club our major focus is on racing, with the majority of the racing we put on being at Pakapakanthi/Vic Park. As such, the majority of the opportunities we offer are focused on providing the skills to be able to safely participate with us!

AusCycling Membership

To race with us, you will need an AusCycling Membership. We Understand that this is an investment, but they do offer a 4 week free trial membership which you can get stuck into racing with.

You can find more info here.

Mixed E-Grade, Women’s C

These are our starting points for new racers. We control the first half of the race to make sure everyone has an opportunity to get the feel of the bunch using in race marshals, before releasing the race for the second half. This is a fun and friendly place to start racing, and the E Grade marshals will be happy to help with any questions you may have! Sign up via EntryBoss.
